Principles for choosing occasional dresses for mothers are always so many; however, the most important one is matching: matching with the wedding, matching with each other.
Whether you’re the mother of the bride or the groom, there are some easy rules of thumb to use when choosing your mother of the bride clothes . First, follow the formality and style of the wedding — if it’s going to be a casual beach affair, you’re going to have to nix that black velvet gown, even if it does look great on you. Second, if you’re not sure, ask! Both the mother-of-the-bride and the mother-of-the-groom should get in touch with each other and the bride. The bride can help you by keeping you in the loop about her maternity wedding dress , the wedding colors, and so on. And while you don’t need to match each other (or the bridesmaids); it’s usually a good idea for both the moms to have somewhat similar styles. The only major no-no? Skip the white (or any shade that’s even close)! That hue is for the bride only.

Everything has pros and cons, never absolutely good and bad, so does silk blankets , and what cons it has?
First, it takes much cost. There is no getting around the fact that a high quality silk comforter and cover is doing to be an investment. The manufacture of silk is a time consuming, exacting, and demanding process.
Second, the caring process. Though we have already said it is not hard to care for, but it, after all, not the same with others, so it also cannot be treated like other comforters. Silk batting does not like to be laundered. An occasional airing out is all that is required. For that reason a bedding store http://www.ellesilk.com/ is a necessity. But, what happens if something is spilled on a silk comforter? It will need to be cleaned – professional cleaning is best. If things get spilled on it often, the frequent cleaning required will shorten the life of the silk comforter . That’s it. Those are the only two negative things it comes to silk comforters.

We have known that silk originated from China, which is still, now be the largest country to produce height quality silk bedding. And more often, you are unlikely to find a quality silk comforter at your local discount store. How about at your local department store? It’s not likely you will find it there either unless it is a high end department store. You are likely to find the highest quality and best price by ordering online bedding store such as www.ellesilk.com , by mail, or via the telephone. Why is that? High quality silk bedding is typically made to order and not mass produced and stocked on shelves or in warehouses somewhere
when purchasing any silk pillows , you get what you pay for. Huge discounts and slashed prices on quality silk bedding are not a common occurrence and often only occur when a certain color or style is being discontinued. If you want to bargain shop, go the flea market and haggle over the price of a throw rug or beaded necklace.

Some ladies look young, even just like sisters with their daughters. Even almost all the mothers wear some formal dresses ; she wants to wear a strapless one to be so sexy. Is this so “attention-drawing”?
On one level we think you deserve to wear a fabulously sexy mother of bride dress , but on another, we’re wondering how the bride will feel. If she’s supportive, go for it — you’re both going to sizzle! But if your daughter seems concerned about “Mommy” turning heads, not acting her age, and otherwise upstaging her, let her be selfish. It’s her day, not yours. Besides, you’re not limited to “frumpy” or overly conservative attire at all. It’s quite possible to be glamorous without ruffling any feathers.
To be a sexy and modest mother of the bride , please be cautious before you determine.

Start dress shopping as soon as possible. If you must put it off (maybe you’re trying to firm up or just dread shopping in general), aim to have made a decision at least one month before the wedding. We know you’re going to get around to it eventually — just be sure to let the groom’s mom know she can forge ahead without you and keep the bride informed of your progress.
Your dress takes an important role in the options for mother of groom dresses. So be ready to decide your dress in advance.

Everyone wants a complete piece of silk bedding , without any seams and thrums on it, but do not just pay attention to the surface beauty, seams are always not worse than you thought.
If you are purchasing a 100 percent silk duvets seams aren’t necessarily a bad thing. Much of the silk made is only 45 inches wide so it makes sense that a silk duvet cover is going to have to have a seam or two somewhere. Seamless duvet covers can be purchased but the wider silk is more expensive so expect to pay a premium for it. Be wary of “too good to be true” prices on any seamless silk bedding. It’s probably not a pure silk product.
If you do purchase silk sheets with a seam, there will either be a seam down the middle or two off center seams that are closer to the side edges. If you sleep alone and sleep in the middle of your bed choose bedding with off center side seams so you are not lying on or directly covered with a seam. If you or if you and your significant other sleep on either side of the bed, opt for the seam n the middle.

Color of the mother of the bride dresses is also an annoyance problem for moms. So many restrictions on the options and what should be subject to?
Traditionally, avoiding dresses in the white, ivory, and champagne color family (that match the bride’s wedding gown), black gowns (that can suggest mourning) and red gowns (or similarly “flashy” shades) is the standard. Though, we’ve seen moms in white occasion dress who look tailored and elegant. We think black is classic, chic, and formal, and know that even red can be done with gorgeous good taste. The bottom line? Before you start shopping, talk to the bride. She may be very sensitive to the prom dresses color issue or completely indifferent. If she expresses reservation, think about subdued-but-stately colors in the lavender, silver, burgundy, and blue families.
Even so many restrictions, there are still many options of the mothers, why not ask for a color swatch from those mother of the bride shops to make your best choice.

The third character has to be considered is a silk duvet covers . A silk filled comforter should always be encased in a removable duvet cover that can be laundered regularly. The covers are available in a vast array of materials from different weaves and grades of silk to ones made of organic cotton to a combination of materials. There are various kinds of silk quilts you could choose. Which to choose is up to you, but I recommend a silk bed for the silk comforter. Why skimp on the cover? But if the silk comforter you are buying is for a child, opt for a cotton cover because it is going to stand up to the wear and tear a child will subject it too better than a silk duvet cover will.
You could choose either according to your joy and love, but do remember, comfort is first!

At such a wonderful wedding party, except those necessary protocols, special occasion dress for moms also has its own protocol.
It’s customary for the mother of the bride to purchase her dress first. Her choice is meant to subtly dictate mother of the groom dress . However, this approach can be a little old-fashioned, not to mention a little unrealistic. There’s always some factor that make abiding by tradition a lost cause. Our advice: Just play it by ear, and try to be flexible. It’s not a competition of who will wear the most pleasant cocktail dress . Most would advise the MOB to avoid dresses in the white, ivory, and champagne color family.

Silk weight has to be taken as a reference for silk duvet cover shopping and also for silk comforters. Most silk comforter manufacturers have at least two weights of comforters available; one that is more suitable for summer use and a heavier one more suitable for cooler weather. In climates where the weather gets extremely cold it is suggested to use the summer weight and heavier weight comforter together to ensure you will be comfy and cozy no matter what the weather is. However, some cot silk pillowcase manufacturers do offer an extra warm silk comforter for extremely cold sweather use.
As a general rule, summer weight comforters are 4 -5 pounds; fall weight are 6-10 pounds; and anything 11 pounds or over is for winter weather. When you shop for your silk blankets baby , this should be considered exactly!
